SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Taxpayer relief income tax credit. Creates a nonrefundable tax credit of $250 for individuals and $500 for married persons filing a joint return. The credit is available for taxable years 2018 through 2025 and is available only to taxpayers who elected to take the standard deduction on their federal tax returns. The bill contains an emergency clause. The bill was incorporated into SB 1372.
