Commission on Civic Education; sunset; funding. Extends the sunset of the Commission on Civic Education from July 1, 2019, to July 1, 2024. The bill repeals a prohibition on the use of general funds to support the work of the Commission. This bill is a recommendation of the Commission on Civic Education.
