Commissioner of Highways; overweight trucks. Requires the Commissioner of Highways to report annually by December 1 to the Governor, the General Assembly, and the Commonwealth Transportation Board regarding overweight trucks. The bill expires on January 1, 2021. This bill is identical to SB 1775.
