SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Certificates; notice of filing or recordation. Clarifies that the Commissioner of Highways will give notice to the owner of a freehold that any certificate will be filed or recorded. Current law references only certificates of deposit. This bill is identical to SB 1700.
