Custody and visitation orders; exchange of child. Provides that in custody and visitation cases, at the request of either party, the court may order that the exchange of a child take place at an appropriate meeting place.

Provides that in custody and visitation cases in which a history of family abuse has been considered, at the request of either party, the court may order a law-enforcement officer to be present at the exchange of a child pursuant to a custody or visitation order.
