SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Local departments of social services; bonuses. Allows local departments of social services to provide for the payment of monetary bonuses to their officers and employees upon the approval of the local board of social services. The bill provides that such bonuses shall be paid wholly from the funds of the locality and any federal funds that are available and appropriate for such use.
