Introduced by: Nicholas J. Freitas | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Stormwater management plans; erosion and sediment control plans; portion of project. Directs the State Water Control Board to establish a procedure that allows an operator to submit stormwater management plans that are sufficient for a particular proposed land-disturbing activity without requiring such plans to cover any subsequent land-disturbing activity anticipated at the same location or an adjacent location. The bill also amends a provision of the law that is not yet effective, directing the establishment of the same procedure as it applies not only to stormwater management plans but also to erosion and sediment control plans.
