SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Amber warning lights; vehicles hauling forest products. Authorizes vehicles hauling forest products to use amber warning lights approved by the Superintendent of State Police, provided that the lights are mounted or installed so as to be visible from behind the vehicle. This bill is identical to SB 1254.
