Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 393 of the Acts of Assembly of 2018 is amended and reenacted as follows:

2. That the Board of Education shall review and update the health Standards of Learning for students in all grades nine and 10 to include mental health. In its review, the Board shall consult with  [ mental health experts, including ] representatives from the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, [ NAMI Virginia, Mental Health America of Virginia, the Department of Medical Assistance Services, and ] the Virginia Association of Community Services Boards [ , and VOCAL ] .
