Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the State Board of Social Services shall amend its regulations to exempt all buildings in which a licensed assisted living facility was located as of February 1, 2018, from the requirement that no more than two residents reside in a bedroom as set forth in 22VAC40-73-900.
