Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 30-354 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 30-354. (Expires July 1, 2019) Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2019 [ 2024 2020 ] .

[ 2. That the second enactment of Chapter 562 of the Acts of Assembly of 2014 is repealed. ]
