19105382DBe it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 29.1-528.3 as follows:
§ 29.1-528.3. Firearms ordinances; property in multiple localities.
When one or more contiguous parcels of land owned by a particular landowner span two or more localities whose firearms ordinances differ, the firearms ordinances of the locality in which the largest portion of the landowner's property lies shall apply to anyone hunting on any portion of the property. Any such hunter also shall follow all applicable state hunting laws and regulations.
