SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Government Data Collection and Dissemination Practices Act; exemptions. Modifies current law to provide that personal information systems related to adult services and adult protective services that are maintained by the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), rather than the Department of Social Services, are exempt from the Government Data Collection and Dissemination Practices Act. The bill also adds to such exemption DARS personal information systems related to auxiliary grants.
