SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Constitutional amendment (first resolution); enactment of laws; casino gambling. Provides that no bill permitting, authorizing, or establishing gaming involving house-banked gambling, player-banked gambling that simulates house-banked gambling, slot machines, or any electronic gambling devices, including video lottery, having been passed by both houses, duly enrolled, and signed by the Governor, shall become law until it has been submitted to the qualified voters at an election and a majority of those voting on the question have voted in favor of the bill.
