SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Commemorating the anniversaries of the Hungarian Revolution and the establishment of the Third Republic of Hungary and recognizing the contributions of Hungarian Americans in the Commonwealth. Commemorates two key events in the history of modern Hungary that both happened on October 23, the 1956 uprising against the Soviet Union and the 1989 liberation and independence of the Third Republic of Hungary. The resolution also recognizes the contributions of the Hungarian Americans who have enriched the culture and economy of the Commonwealth.
