SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Party nominating methods. Prohibits political parties from selecting a nomination method for its candidates for statewide or General Assembly district office, the U.S. House of Representatives, or the U.S. Senate that has the practical effect of excluding participation in the nomination process by otherwise eligible active duty military personnel or by individuals who are unable to attend meetings because of injuries suffered in military service.
