SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Tolling; hours. Sets the tolling hours for HOT lanes on Interstate 66 inside the Capital Beltway from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. until (i) the eastbound widening project on Interstate 66 inside the Capital Beltway is completed and (ii) additional commuter parking capacity is constructed to serve commuters outside the Capital Beltway.
