SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Safety inspection approval stickers; vehicle equipment presumed compliant. Provides that a valid safety inspection approval sticker properly displayed on a vehicle gives rise to a rebuttable presumption that there are no defects in equipment subject to a safety inspection on such vehicle.
