SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Hearing aid specialists; exemptions for the sale of hearing aids. Allows licensed audiologists who have earned a doctoral degree in audiology to obtain a license to engage in the practice of fitting or dealing in hearing aids without the prerequisite of being required to pass an examination. The bill defines "audiologist" and "practice of audiology."
