SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act; disclosures; Virginia College Savings Plan. Adds the Board of the Virginia College Savings Plan to the list of independent government entities whose members are required to file a disclosure statement of their personal interests pursuant to the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act. The bill contains a technical amendment to reflect the transition of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to an authority.
