SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Public utility service vehicles; yielding right-of-way or reducing speed. Authorizes vehicles used by any public utility company for the purpose of repairing, installing, or maintaining electric or natural gas utility equipment or service to use certain high-intensity amber warning lights. The bill provides that if such a vehicle is stationary and displaying such lights, drivers shall, if possible, make a lane change to the lane not adjacent to the vehicle or reduce speed and proceed with caution.
