SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Dog boarding establishments; group play; penalty. Requires an employee of a dog boarding establishment to be present at all times that a dog is able to have physical contact with another dog. Failure to adequately supervise dogs in group play is established as a Class 1 misdemeanor.
