SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax exemptions; Indian tribes. Provides a retail sales and use tax exemption for tangible personal property used by Indian tribal governments and provides an exemption to the watercraft sales and use tax for watercraft registered to any member of an Indian tribe who is living on the tribal reservation.
