SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Public institutions of higher education; campus housing. Provides that except in the case of students participating in a Reserve Officers' Training Corps program on campus or students enrolled at the Virginia Military Institute, no student enrolled at a public institution of higher education shall be required to live in a campus housing facility.
