SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Vehicle safety inspections; maximum charges. Increases from $12 to $15 the maximum amount any safety inspection station can charge for an inspection of any motorcycle and increases from $16 to $25 the maximum amount any safety inspection station can charge for an inspection of any vehicle other than a tractor truck, truck that has a gross vehicle weight rating of 26,000 pounds or more, or motor vehicle that is used to transport passengers and has a seating capacity of more than 15 passengers, including the driver, motorcycle, or autocycle.
