SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Alcoholic beverage control; brewery licensees. Provides that brewery licensees, like farm winery licensees, may sell at retail the brands of beer that the brewery owns not only at its own premises but also at a maximum of five additional retail establishments of the licensee designated in the license.
