SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Relating to driver's license renewals. Provides that a driver's license shall not be issued for a period of less than five years, unless otherwise provided by law. Current law provides that a driver's license shall not be issued for more than eight years.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Relating to driver's license renewals; twenty-first birthday. Provides that any driver's license issued to a person under the age of 21 shall expire on such person's twenty-first birthday.
