SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Prescription monitoring program. Requires pharmacists who dispense Schedule II drugs pursuant to a valid prescription to include the name and government-issued identification number of the person to whom a covered substance was actually delivered in the report submitted to the Prescription Monitoring Program.
