The bill requires the State Board to promulgate instructions and guidelines for a periodic review conducted by the electoral boards or general registrars of the district assignments of voters within their localities, including a timeline for conducting the review and directions for making necessary corrections. The bill also requires the State Board to direct the Department to conduct an annual review of the district assignments of voters in the Commonwealth and to make any necessary corrections.
