SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; I HAVE A DREAM. Authorizes the issuance of revenue-sharing special license plates honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., bearing the legend I HAVE A DREAM. The bill requires that all fees imposed shall be paid to the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles and set aside as a special fund to be used to support the Department of Motor Vehicle's obligations to provide assistance in providing voter photo identification cards.
