The bill directs the Secretary of Transportation (the Secretary) to engage the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) and federal government officials for the purpose of implementing dynamic tolling on the Dulles Airport Access Highway and requires that the Secretary report to the Chairmen of the House and Senate Transportation Committees.
