SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Child day programs; exemption from licensure for certain martial arts programs. Creates an exception to licensure requirements for child day programs for martial arts programs operated any time during the months of June, July, or August if no program participant is under five years of age, the program operates between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, and the program does not serve food or administer medicine to program participants unless it is necessary for the well-being of the child.
