SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Absentee voting; deadline for requesting a mailed absentee ballot. Requires an application for a mailed absentee ballot to be made by 5:00 p.m. on the twelfth day prior to the election in which the applicant is offering to vote. Currently, such applications must be made by the seventh day prior to the election.
