Introduced by: Terry L. Austin | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles | history
SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Hauling forest products. Expands for the purpose of issuing an overweight permit for hauling forest products the definition of forest products to include rough-sawn green lumber.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Hauling forest products. Expands the definition of forest products to include rough-sawn green lumber. The bill expands the situations in which an overweight permit can be used for hauling forest products to include hauling overweight forest products from the place where they are produced, cut, harvested, or felled to the location where they are processed or sold. Current law allows hauling overweight forest products with a permit only from the place where they are first produced, cut, harvested, or felled to the location where they are first processed.
