SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
SAT School Day Fund and Program established. Establishes the SAT School Day Fund (the Fund) and requires the Board of Education to establish and maintain the SAT School Day Program (the Program) whereby the Board utilizes funds made available through the Fund to enter into a contract with the College Board to enable each public high school junior in the Commonwealth to participate in the SAT free of charge during a select school day.
