Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The bridge over Interstate 64 at Exit 205 in the County of New Kent is hereby designated the "Trooper Berke Bates Bridge." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this bridge. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge.
