A BILL relating to the closure of coal combustion residuals; permits; request for proposals.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality shall suspend, delay, or defer the issuance of any permit to provide for the closure of any coal combustion residuals unit until July 1, 2019.
