18106362DBe it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. That the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia shall convene a group of stakeholders to develop guidance documents for judges on handling petitions from convicted felons to possess, transport, or carry a firearm, ammunition for a firearm, or a stun weapon as provided by subsection C of § 18.2-308.2 of the Code of Virginia. Such guidance documents shall be developed by December 31, 2018.
