Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 3.2-3204.1 as follows:

§ 3.2-3204.1. Powers of the Milk Commission; wholesale prices.

The Commission shall adopt regulations necessary to establish fewer than seven cases as the number of cases in the highest delivery percentage for Class I fluid milk delivered to wholesale accounts.
