A provision for exemptions from the work requirement for individuals who are (i) 18 years of age or older but still attending secondary education, (ii) the sole caregiver of a family member who is under six years of age, (iii) currently receiving temporary or permanent long-term disability benefits, (iv) determined to be physically or mentally unable to work by a health care provider in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board of Medical Assistance Services.

2. That the Secretary of Health and Human Resources shall report to the Governor and the General assembly on the status of the waiver application required pursuant to this act by December 1, 2018.
