That the Office of Emergency Medical Services shall, as soon as possible and no later than January 1, 2019, develop a mechanism by which to disclose to the patient, prior to services provided by an out of network air transport provider, a good faith estimate of the range of typical charges for out of network air transport services provided in that geographic area.
