the remainder of line 57 and through cemetery on line 58
insert
, in accordance with the provisions of § 57-27.1, have a duty to allow reasonable ingress and egress to the cemetery by members of a qualified organization that receives funds pursuant to subsection B. Such members shall be considered persons engaging in genealogy research or descendants of deceased persons buried in the cemetery for purposes of § 57-27.1
