SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Inpatient psychiatric hospital admission; defendant found incompetent. Removes the prohibition on inpatient psychiatric hospital admission for defendants who have already been ordered to receive treatment to restore their competency to stand trial. This bill was incorporated into SB935.
