SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Advisory Board on Teacher Education and Licensure; membership. Adds three legislative members, two of whom shall be members of the House of Delegates appointed by the Speaker of the House of Delegates and one of whom shall be a member of the Senate appointed by the Senate Committee on Rules, to the Advisory Board on Teacher Education and Licensure. The bill provides an exception to the prohibition against service by legislators on boards within the executive branch for the Advisory Board.
