SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Revocation and suspension of registration of tow truck drivers. Provides that the Department of Motor Vehicles shall not revoke or suspend the registration of a tow truck driver convicted of a violent crime if such tow truck driver's civil rights have been restored by the Governor.
