SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit program. Reduces the amount of the tax credit from 65 percent of the value of donations to neighborhood organizations for taxable years 2012 through 2017 to (i) 60 percent of such donations for taxable year 2018, (ii) 55 percent of such donations for taxable year 2019, and (iii) 50 percent of such donations for taxable years 2020 and thereafter.
