SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Hunting license; own property. Requires a landowner to obtain a free hunting license to hunt on land that he owns. The bill directs the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries to adopt regulations to provide for the free license for landowners as well as for other groups that are currently exempt from the license requirement, including the landowner's family members or residential tenants and certain majority shareholders who hunt on land owned by a corporation.
