SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Singular church locational sign permissible in state-maintained right-of-way. Adds to the list of acceptable outdoor advertising in sight of public highways a single sign of 20 square feet or less marking the location of a church at its permitted entrance, provided such sign is located outside the clear zone, does not constitute a safety hazard, and is duly permitted by the Commissioner of the Highways.
