Electronic Credentials Act; report. Creates standards for the Department of Motor Vehicles in issuing, reviewing, and displaying electronic credentials. The Electronic Credentials Act establishes fees for access to electronic credentials and standards for a verification system that would allow users to verify the authenticity of electronic credentials.
