SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Fund; investment by Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission. Authorizes the Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission to manage and invest the assets of the Tobacco Indemnification and Community Revitalization Fund. Current law allows the State Treasurer to invest the Fund.
